Emily comes from a strong background in conveyancing and wills & estate administration and these areas form a large part of her practice. Emily is adept at reviewing and preparing loan and security documentation, including SMSF lending, registration of mortgages and providing advice to borrowers and guarantors regarding their obligations under their loan and security documents.
